Join us for new all-level yoga class for beginning to seasoned students! The class will meet Wednesdays from 6:30–8 pm and will be taught be Stephen Alban.
Please note that beginning Wednesday, January 7, Beginner Yoga with Bonnie will begin at 5:15 pm instead of 6 pm. The class will still last an hour. Restorative yoga will begin at 5 pm instead of 5:30 pm on Thursdays beginning January 8 and will be taught by Suzy Friedman.
Taught by Suzanne Newton, Yoga for 50+ will meet Wednesdays, 12 – 1:30pm beginning January 7.
