Annette Beresford

Annette Beresford hails from Australia and first taught at The Yoga Center in 2002. Since that time she has taught Yoga and Pilates in Virginia and become a Stott Pilates qualified instructor in both Mat and Reformer. Annette has been practicing Yoga for the past 11 years and is a certified 'YogaFit' style instructor.
