2008 New Beginner Class Schedule
For students new to yoga, the Center offers
New-Beginner Introductory- Level classes. These classes run
for four consecutive weeks and introduce the basic poses, principles
of movement and posture, philosophy, relaxation, and breathing
techniques. The needs of each individual are addressed.
Although not required before entering ongoing
classes, students may find new beginner introductory courses
to be a useful way to begin the study of yoga.
Note: Most classes at the Center are ongoing.
New beginning students may start in the ongoing classes.
