Pranayama is a yoga practice that develops awareness of your breath energy & mind. Formal sitting meditation practice can help you get in touch with your innermost world of thoughts & feelings as well as develop compassion towards yourself & others. NEW CLASSIYENGAR METHOD YOGA CLASS with Suzy Friedman This class is focused on form, technique & alignment.
