CAROLE FORÊT comes to Yoga by way of the Bhakti path (of devotion, compassion and service to God) and earned her RYT-200 certificate learning alignment-based Ashtanga yoga from teacher Suzanne Newton. She began her yoga journey around 2005 and began teaching in 2015. Her style of teaching involves developing safe alignment in foundational poses then progressing to a fluid flow. Gaining strength, flexibility and balance are goals of her sessions along with learning more about one’s self through practicing the asana and short centering sessions.
