Kundalini Workshop: Healing the Heart

Join instructor Linda Frank for a Kundalini workshop on Saturday, February 23 from 1:30-4:30 pm.

This class will introduce the technology of Kundalini Yoga (KY). KY brings together body- mind -and spirit, the subtle energies of the Body (like prana), and the chakras (energy center in the body). through the practice of mental focus, breathing technique (pranayama), physical postures (asanas), mudra (hand positions), mantra (sound vibration) and meditation. KY works on bringing the energy of the glandular system and the energy of the nervous system into balance so that they work together so that the brain can integrate both systems and you become totally and wholly aware and your creative potential becomes available to you.

KY is yoga that connects us with our higher selves. It enables us to clear away what stands in our way and allows us to find our essential and authentic core self of who we are.

COST: $65 (checks payable to the Yoga Center of Huntsville)

No special experience or prior knowledge is required or necessary, just bring an open mind. (You can Bring a sheepskin and shawl to cover yourself.)

Linda Frank completed the Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in Atlanta, GA in 2010 (a 200 hr training program ).
